Happy Anniversary
Nine years ago I married the love of my life, my one true love. And even though it has not been easy the past 9 years, as a matter of fact down right hard, I would not trade it for anything in the world. The last year and a half were especially trying on our marriage but I finally realized what one of my pastors told me when I first married. “Marriage is not about being happy, it’s about growing”. The last year and a half I think I’ve grown about 10 years! I found Jesus again through my wife when I just about turned my back on him. Love, acceptance, forgiveness and reconciliation. On this anniversary I want to thank my wife for loving me, and helping me become a better husband, father and human being.
