A Giant Leap of Faith- Levi needs your help!
A very good friend of mine from Wisconsin sent this to me this morning. Lets come to together and try to help this family.
“Hey guys!I have a favor to ask from you all. There is a teacher from the school I went to in MN (North Central University) whose son is very sick. I am not sure of all the details of his sons illness but it has reached the point where the treatment he needs to recover means they have to travel to California for 2 months. They will be leaving mid-December and planning to return to MN in February. He put out a facebook request for people in different ways they can help. Besides the monetary needs he is requesting, he is looking for connections in the Southern California area. Specifically they are looking to get connected with a church and meet good people out there who can help them through this difficult time. They will be staying in Rancho Cucamonga while they are there. The teachers name is Peter Shu and is a phenomenal musician. This guy plays the piano like I have NEVER seen before. He can do any style and can arrange music in such a way that just completely blows your mind. His wife also has such a heart for worship. She used to teach the worship dance class at NCU. Music is their main source of income as well, so any connections with churches that they could get to open this avenue are very important.
So I bring this to you all because I know your heart to help those in need of help. These are great godly people who have a sick child and are looking for others to come and lift them up during this time. I have attached a link to his letter that he sent out on facebook so you can see his needs. If you or your church is able to fill the need great, OR if you can connect with them with a church than can help that is great too! I don’t believe that we are connected so far away not to have divine moments happen where we know someone, who knows someone we can help. So please read this and let me know if there is anyway you guys can help. I love you all and so blessed to call you my friends!”
